Data Retention Policy

•  Employee Data (For payroll, tax compliance, and human resources administration): 10 years after employment ceases
•  Financial & Transaction Data (For accounting, auditing, and tax compliance): 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year

When the defined retention period for a data category expires, the personal data will be securely and irrevocably disposed of. Our disposal methods include:

However, no system is 100% secure. Rajni Burman Industries LLP does not take guarantee for any kind of date leak or un-authorized date sharing. If a breach occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

Data Erasure means erasure of all non-financial data (including Physical Data, Email, Texts, Chats and other digital data not  related to financial transactions and Tax filing). After Data erasure, Company stops any advertisement/ promotion using that data. Your Non-Financial Data not requested to be deleted may be used for promotional purposes till 3 years of last Interaction. 

If you wish to Erase your Data from our end before our standard Erasure Time frame(i.e 3 years from last interaction), Please mail us on our Official Email ID given at bottom of page. However, if there are any pending orders of you or any legal authority wants us to retain your Data, Data will be erased after Order completion or Law Authority permission. Financial Data such as Invoices/Orders and Purchase/Sale transactions will be kept up to 10 years.
